    Two months after Colorado lost its only hometown wireless carrier — with the acquisition of Cricket Wireless by AT&T — the state is essentially gaining a new one.

    While not an official headquarters relocation, Dallas-based Ciao Telecom is pouring several million dollars into a high-profile sponsorship deal with Major League Soccer's Colorado Rapids, stitching the relatively unknown company's moniker on the front of player jerseys.
