Denver Business Journal

Denver-based Granicus keeps growing as it closed its fourth acquisition in the last 12 months this week. The cloud software maker for state and local governments acquired government records management provider SouthTech Systems. Financial terms of the deal with the Southern California-based gov-tech company weren’t disclosed, but Granicus will add its two principals, Grant Gyulnazaryan and Jose Dominguez, in addition to the company’s 50 employees, to its headcount.
