SendGrid replaces Franklin as CEO

Denver Business Journal

SendGrid, a fast-growing Boulder technology company, replaced its CEO on Tuesday with an executive who will continue to live in the San Francisco Bay area as it grows and aspires to go public. Sameer Dholakia, former vice president and general manager of cloud technologies at Citrix, replaces Jim Franklin who served as Send Grid’s CEO since 2011. SendGrid helps companies with large volumes of email manage the messages and prevent them from getting rejected or caught in spam filters.
