Hancock unveils 3-year eco-devo push to help startups, entrepreneurs

Denver Mayor Michael Hancock and the city's Office of Economic Development are announcing a three-year project for economic development that includes a new loan fund for Denver startups, launching an academy for entrepreneurs to share ideas, and establishing a retail incubator for immigrant entrepreneurs to manufacture, market and sell goods. The project unveiled Monday is part of JumpStart, the city’s economic development plan, now in its fifth year.
