      An Englewood company that makes identity software for the education market said its merger with a Hawaii software company is dead. Aegis Identity Software Inc. said it's merger plans with Code Rebel Corp. of Maui, Hawaii, announced in January, has been called off due to Code Rebel's problems. Earlier this month, shares in Code Rebel (Nasdaq: CDRB) were halted by U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission because of "a lack of accurate information" about the company's securities.
