      2lementry, a Denver software startup, has been acquired by Internet giant Amazon for an undisclosed price. TechCrunch reports the purchase was finalized earlier this week. 2lementry, which was founded in 2011 and attracted $9 million from investors, has software that tracks IP-enabled machines and other devices connected to the Internet.       MWH Global's consulting business spins off as Hawksley Consulting

      MWH Global is spinning off its business consulting business, but it's not going very far. Hawksley Consulting, a new, wholly-owned subsidiary of MWH, will have its headquarters in Broomfield, where MWH is based. Dan McConville, a 20-year veteran of MWH, was named Hawksley's first president.
