      Twitter reveals price paid for Boulder's Gnip

      Twitter bought Boulder-based Gnip in April, but the price paid for the tech company wasn't disclosed, until now, the Daily Camera reports. San Francisco-based Twitter revealed the price as part of its second-quarter earnings report. Twitter reported it paid $107.3 million in cash, and issued about 1 million shares of stock. That puts the value of the deal at $134.1 million, including the earned portion of stock options and other equity awards.
