The chilly gardening was part of the 17th annual Comcast Cares Day, in which more than 5,000 volunteers across the state tackled about 60 community projects in 16 cities.

      Two Colorado cities have made the list of 22 communities nationwide to joint the 2018 Smart Cities Collaborative. The collaborative, run by Washington, D.C.-based Transportation for America, is now in its second year. The participants will meet to discuss transportation problems and solutions.
