      Colorado's Civergy acquired by New York firm, changes name

      Civergy Inc. — an Arapahoe County-based company involved in clean energy, smart grid technologies and cybersecurity — says it has been acquired by New York-based Mount Knowledge Holdings Inc. in a stock transaction.

      With the acquisition, Civergy has changed its name to Cybergy Partners Inc.

      In a statement, Cybergy Partners said it will remained focused "on providing products and services to build and protect the nation's critical information and energy infrastructure."
